From the North Trail Head, ran the blue trail (stopping briefly at King’s Chair Overlook) and made the loop back on the white trail (with an inadvertent detour on the “storyteller” trail) (12ish miles).

Hammies Trail Run at the Hoover Met, where Henry had a strong finish in the 5-miler and Oliver had a strong finish in the one-mile fun run (I somehow managed to win the 10-miler).

Crewed (with Henry) Wesley as he ran to a third place finish during the 2021 Pinhoti 100 Mile Trail Race in the southern Appalachian Mountains of the Talladega National Forest.
